Packages & payment FAQ
How long is each package valid?
Flexible lesson packages are valid for 3–6 months (10 lessons: 3 months, 20 lessons: 5 months, 30 lessons: 6 months). Ask us for the applicable validity period for level and specialized programmes before payment.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice and you can reschedule at no cost.
What if I miss a lesson?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a lesson. Late cancellations and no-shows may count as used, except where we agree otherwise for an emergency.
Do you offer refunds?

Which currency, and how do I pay?
Payment is completed on iyzico; available methods are shown on its secure payment page. Prices are in EUR; for other currencies, just ask us in chat and we'll arrange it.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Level packages, the 30-lesson package and specialized programmes include a Learn Turkish course completion certificate. It records completion of our course and is not an official TÖMER exam result or university language qualification.
