Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run lessons and reply to you: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, level, and the details you choose to share when you book a trial, buy a package or message us.
To answer enquiries, schedule and deliver lessons, process payments through iyzico, provide materials and support, keep required transaction records, protect the service and—only with consent—measure site performance and advertising effectiveness. We do not sell personal data.
Learn Turkish, the operator of learnturkish.com.tr, acts as data controller. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to certain processing, and learn who receives it. Email info@learnturkish.com.tr. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and legal record-keeping. Service providers may include Google/Firebase for hosting, authentication and email, Google Meet for lessons, iyzico for payment, and WhatsApp when you choose to use it.
Terms of Service
By booking a trial or buying a package you agree to these terms. Paid course lessons are private, take place on Google Meet, and last 50 minutes. The free trial lasts 30 minutes. The free Conversation Club is a group session.
Flexible lesson packages are valid for 3–6 months as shown on the Courses page. Ask us for the applicable validity period for level and specialized programmes before payment. Unused lessons expire at the end of the applicable validity period.
Prices are shown in EUR. The final amount is shown before you continue to iyzico for payment.
Refund & Cancellation
The first trial lesson is always free. For paid packages, we want you to be happy — if something isn't working, message us and we'll do our best to make it right.
You can reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may count as used, except where we agree otherwise for an emergency.
We preserve any mandatory withdrawal and refund rights that apply to you. Where a 14-day withdrawal period applies to an online service purchase, asking us to begin lessons during that period may make you responsible for the portion already delivered; after full performance, the withdrawal right may end where the law permits and you expressly agreed. To request a cancellation or refund, email info@learnturkish.com.tr with your purchase details. We will confirm the applicable outcome before processing it.
